There are four cycles a year:

1/1 – 1/21 (decision by 2/15)
4/1 – 4/21 (decision by 5/15)
7/1 – 7/21 (decision by 8/15)
10/1 – 10/21 (decision by 11/15)

Grant decisions are made based on available funds, the current grant request guidelines, and the votes of Booster Club Board Members.
